Quality Guarantee & Exchange Policy

At Beeveu Pte. Ltd. (“Beeveu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), every piece is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Due to the delicate and gifting nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.


Exchange Eligibility

We offer a one-time exchange only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in appearance (e.g. colour tone, arrangement differences)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by customer

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide order number + photo/video evidence
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Approved exchanges will be arranged accordingly

Additional Notes

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only
  • Replacement will be of the same or equivalent item
  • Delivery fees may apply for exchange cases depending on situation
