Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Beeveu Pte. Ltd. (“Beeveu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take great care to ensure that every gift arrives safely, beautifully presented, and on time.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Singapore only.


Restricted & Special Delivery Areas

Beeveu delivers across mainland Singapore, excluding selected restricted-access areas.

Additional delivery charges or prior confirmation may be required for Sentosa, Changi Airport, Tuas, Seletar Aerospace, ports, shipyards, depots, high-security buildings, and other difficult-access locations.

We are unable to deliver directly to Jurong Island, army camps, airport cargo/restricted zones, PSA/port restricted areas, offshore islands, prisons, and other protected or restricted locations unless prior arrangements are made.

For restricted locations, the recipient may be required to meet the driver at the nearest accessible drop-off point.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed after cut-off timing may be processed the next business day
  • During peak periods (e.g. festive seasons), processing time may be slightly extended

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing
  • Suitable for most orders

Same-Day Express Delivery

  • Available at an additional cost
  • Order must be placed before 12:00 PM (Singapore time)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered:
    • Next business day, or
    • Within 1–2 business days, depending on availability

Delivery Timeframes

  • All delivery timings are estimates only
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless explicitly agreed
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • High order volume
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic or courier delays
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability:
    • Redelivery fees may apply
  • Orders may be considered successfully delivered once:
    • Received by recipient, or
    • Left at the provided address (if deemed safe by courier)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package all orders to minimise damage.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number + photo/video evidence

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to delivery details must be requested as early as possible
  • Once an order is processed or out for delivery, changes may not be possible
  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
