2. Products and Product Presentation
We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings;
- handcrafted, preserved, floral and gifting products may show slight variations in colour tone, arrangement, shape, texture or finishing;
- such natural or handcrafted variations do not constitute defects.
All product descriptions, availability, packaging, pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit order quantities at our discretion.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability.
Beeveu reserves the right to reject, decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- pricing or listing information is inaccurate;
- payment cannot be processed;
- we suspect fraud, misuse, abuse, unauthorized resale, or unusual ordering activity.
An order is only confirmed after payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation.
Once an order has been accepted or preparation has begun, cancellation or amendment may not be possible.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in the stated currency and are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include delivery charges, taxes, duties or other charges that may apply.
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If a pricing, typographical or system error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any affected order, even after payment has been submitted. If payment has already been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the affected order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by Beeveu are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, traffic, customs processes, peak periods, public holidays, incomplete recipient information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, recipient details and any delivery instructions are accurate and complete.
Where delivery fails due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or failure to receive the parcel, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Risk of loss or damage passes when the order is delivered to the address provided, or otherwise marked as delivered by the courier.
6. Quality Guarantee and Exchanges
Your purchase is subject to our Quality Guarantee & Exchange Policy.
As Beeveu products are delicate, handcrafted and intended for gifting, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, minor aesthetic variations, or issues arising after successful delivery.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer an exchange in accordance with our Quality Guarantee & Exchange Policy, subject to the stated conditions, timeline and verification requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product names, images, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, branding, videos and designs, belongs to Beeveu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use this website only for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, display, sell or exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent.

9. Shopify Platform
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services online.
While Shopify powers the platform, all sales transactions made through this store are between you and Beeveu. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Beeveu or for disputes arising from those sales.
10. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in order to operate and improve the services. The PDPA establishes Singapore’s baseline data protection framework for collection, use, disclosure and care of personal data.

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, suggestions or other content to us, you grant Beeveu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and share that content for marketing, promotional or business purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
